The Roles We Hire For : Current Openings
There are so many students who struggles through complex coding concepts and here is your role comes in. You can always help students grasp tough coding concepts through 1-on-1 tutoring, code reviews, and live sessions. You’ll break down logic, debug errors, and make programming feel less intimidating. Clear communication and a student-first mindset are key.
Join our tech team to build smart, scalable AI tools and high-performance web solutions. From real-time code analyzers to student-friendly platforms, your code will directly improve how students learn. Experience with JavaScript, Python, or LLM APIs is a plus.
Do you love solving problems through coding? Well, you get a chance to handle complex programming assignments for global students under tight deadlines. You’ll work across a wide range of topics from data structures to machine learning and ensure clean, well-commented, and A-grade-ready code every time.

Our Rigorous Hiring Process
Step 1 : Application Screening
We get multiple application for roles available at CodingZap so first of all we review your resume, coding background, and communication skills. Only profiles that align with our standards move forward.
Step 2: Skill Assessment
Once your application is shortlisted then You’ll solve real-world coding problems or explain technical concepts (depending on the role). No fluff, only practical, hands-on tests.
Step 3: Live Evaluation
After clearing the first round of assessment, our senior experts conduct a technical and communication interview to assess clarity, depth of knowledge, and empathy toward students.
Step 4: Sample Task or Mock Session
Finalists are asked to deliver a sample tutoring session or assignment draft to demonstrate their ability to simplify complex topics.
Step 5: Onboarding & Mentorship
Once selected, you’ll go through a structured onboarding process and get mentored before handling any student tasks.
